The creative force behind QRusader is Ben Timperio, former lead writer for the YouTube sensation MrBeast. Known for his knack for high-stakes viral ideas, Timperio brings that same flair to this game. The concept struck him while he was brainstorming QR code ideas at MrBeast’s studio. He envisioned a game where any QR code, be it on a receipt or a billboard, could morph into a playable level. It was a vision he couldn’t let go of, leading him to self-fund the early stages and eventually partner with Uprising Labs through the Dream Catalyst accelerator program on the Somnia Blockchain.
